According to the appellants, the first respondent / writ petitioner was

appointed as B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) on 22.10.2018 to work in the

2nd respondent school and seeking approval of his appointment, the second

respondent sent a proposal to the 3rd appellant, which got rejected vide

proceedings dated 01.07.2019, stating that he did not have the required

qualification. The said rejection order was challenged by the writ petitioner in

W.P.No.34905 of 2019. The learned Judge, by order dated 07.02.2022, set

aside the impugned order dated 01.07.2019 and remitted the matter for

reconsideration, in terms of G.O.(Ms) No.270, Higher Education (J1)

Department, dated 03.12.2019. Challenging the same, the appellants /

Government have preferred this writ appeal.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned

Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants produced a copy

of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Chennai, in

Na.Ka.No.2078/A1/2022 dated 06.12.2022, and submitted that the order of the

learned Judge has been complied with, subject to certain conditions, which
