                                                         ORDER

This Court, by order dated 02.12.2020 directed the third

respondent/District Collector therein to consider the representation of the

petitioner, dated 20.07.2020 and pass orders in accordance with law and in the

light of the judgment made in W.P(MD)No.14135 of 2020, dated 12.10.2020,

after affording an opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.

2. As per the orders of this Court, by proceedings in

Roc.D1/36243/2021, dated 24.08.2021 the respondent District Collector has

considered the request of the petitioner and sent a proposal to the Commissioner

of Land Administration, Chennai with a request for revised Government order

in favour of Tiruchendur Parliamentary Constituency Adi Dravidar Sangam to

an extent of 0.29.77 hectares instead of 0.32.0 hectares.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed as there is no

willful default or disobedience. If the concerned authority is not passed any

order, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned authority.
