This Review Application has been filed to review the Judgment dated

24.11.2008 passed in WA(MD)No.715 of 2008.

2. We have perused the grounds raised by the petitioner in the present

Review Application. In the Judgment passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in

the Writ Appeal, the order of the learned Single Judge came to be confirmed

and the appellant was directed to pay in 12 equal monthly installments.

3. We do not find any infirmity or error apparent on the face of the

Judgment passed in the Writ Appeal and therefore, no interference is

required. Accordingly, this Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected MP is closed.
