                                                      JUDGMENT

This is the fifth occasion this second appeal has been posted for hearing. In the

earlier three occasions, there was no representation on the side of the appellant. During

the last occasion, a representation was made and adjournment was sought for. This

Court made it clear that no further adjournment will be granted in this case. Even

today, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, this Second Appeal is

dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
