                2018, dated 18.03.2019 confirming the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate,
                Fast Track Court No.I, Erode in S.T.C.No.509 of 2017, dated 04.08.2018.

                                             JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing, an affidavit of the

respondent/complainant is filed before this Court, whereunder, it is stated that

the complainant has received the entire cheque amount of Rs.10,00,000/-

through R.T.G.S payment from the petitioner and that he has accepted the same

as full quit and he is willing to drop all the further proceedings and withdraw

the matter.

2. In that view of the matter, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed off

on the following terms:-

(i) The conviction and sentence of the petitioner, by the judgment, dated

04.08.2018 in S.T.C.No.509 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial

Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Erode, as confirmed by the learned II

Additional Sessions Judge, Erode, by the judgment, dated 18.03.2019 in

Criminal Appeal No.260 of 2018 is set aside;

(ii) The offence is treated as compounded.
