                     Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
                     India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 2nd
                     Respondent in file No.PSCB/HO/3/2022-12/B(i) dated 20.06.2022 and the
                     consequential relieving order issued by the 3rd Respondent in file No. PSCB
                     /APR BR/3/2022-23/ B(i) dated 21.06.2022 and quash the same.

                                                          ORDER

The writ petition is filed against the transfer order dated

20.6.2022 issued by the respondent Co-operative Bank on the ground that

the impugned transfer order is against the transfer policy.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Co-operative

Bank submits that writ petition filed against the Co-operative Bank is not

maintainable in the light of the larger bench judgment of this Court in

K.MARAPPAN VS. DEPUTY REGISTRAR OF CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY,

NAMAKKAL reported in 2006 (4) CTC 689.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not

maintainable. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to prefer an

appeal before the Appellate Authority. No Costs. The respondents shall not

give effect to the impugned transfer order till 30.6.2022. Connected

miscellaneous petitions are closed.

4. Registry is directed to return the original order to the

petitioner after obtaining copy of the same.
