                                                        JUDGMENT

(Delivered by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.)

Challenge in this appeal is made to the order dated 13.07.2021

recorded on W.P. No.15299 of 2017. This appeal is by the

respondents/ State Authorities.

2. Ms.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader,

at the outset has very fairly informed to the Court that the order

impugned in the writ petition was qua more than one person and both

the writ petitions being W.P. Nos.15298 of 2017 and 15299 of 2017

were allowed on 13.07.2021 and the appeal arising from W.P.

No.15298 of 2017 being W.A. No.1425 of 2022 was dismissed by this

Court vide order dated 13.06.2022, a copy of the same is made

available to the Court.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court dated 13.06.2022

recorded on W.A.No.1425 of 2022, no different view needs to be

taken.

4. This writ appeal is dismissed in above terms. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition would not survive.
