                                                  JUDGMENT

When the matter came up for hearing on 29.06.2022, either for

filing compromise memo or otherwise for arguments in the appeal, the

appeal was directed to be listed today i.e., on 25.07.2022. Today, when the

matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the

appellants seek adjournment, since the appeal is pending from 2011, this

Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter. This shows that the appellant is

not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, this Court has no other

option except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

2.Accordingly, the appeal suit is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
