                     Additional District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri District, made in
                     Crl.A.No.12 of 2014, dated 23.04.2015 confirming the judgment passed
                     by the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Hosur, Krishnagiri District in
                     S.T.C.No.104 of 2012, dated 24.02.2014.

                                                          ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is preferred by the accused

against the concurrent finding of the Courts below in a criminal complaint

filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. There was no representation for the petitioner for the past

seven years after securing the suspension of sentence. The petitioner has

not taken any steps to serve notice on the respondent / defacto

complainant.

3. When the matter taken up for final hearing on 18.07.2022,

there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, today the matter was

posted under the caption for dismissal. Even today, there is no

representation for the petitioner.

4. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for

default. The suspension of sentence ordered by this Court dated

20.08.2015 shall stands cancelled. The conviction and sentence imposed

by the Trial Court, which is confirmed by the Appellate Court stands

unaltered. The Trial Court is hereby directed to secure the accused and

commit him to prison to undergo sentence.
