                                                            ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Ist

Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur to receive the

application filed under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C., praying for further

investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (13.12.2022), the

learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the trial court, after

completing the trial, has pronounced the judgment in S.C.No.311 of 2017 on

30.11.2022 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in this

petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the

petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
