                                                      JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.)

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned

counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the matter has

been amicably settled between the parties and hence, he seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for

the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. The learned counsel for the appellant is also directed to

send an e-mail to this effect to the Registry, which shall be kept in the

bundle, since he appeared only through the Video Conferencing. No

costs.
