The petitioner was appointed on the post of LDC on 06.06.1981 by Dy. Collector, Ujjain. By order of acceptance of voluntary retirement vide order dated 04.11.2011 he was retired and order of recovery relates to the recovery of Rs.9,05,934/- including interest.

Matter is covered by Full Bench Judgment dated 06.03.2024 in Writ

Appeal No.815/2017 (State of M.P. and others Vs. Jagdish Prasad Dubey).

Accordingly, order of recovery Annexure-P/1 is hereby set aside.
