The applicants have filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. challenging the proceedings of RCT No.65/2022 and also for quashing FIR No.06/2022 registered at Mahila Thana, District Satna.

RCT No.65/2022 has been finally decided vide judgment dated 13.05.2025, whereby the applicants have been acquitted of all the charges. Hence, the present M.Cr.C. is rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present M.Cr.C. is disposed of as infructuous.
