It is informed by counsel for appellants that a session trial was filed against complainant party for making a false report regarding kidnapping which was allegedly committed on 29/09/2014 that is the date of incident of present case. It

is submitted that against the judgment in S.T. No.80/2015, a criminal appeal being Cr.A. No.13677/2024 is pending which is filed by appellant No.1. It is therefore, requested to list this case alongwith that criminal appeal.

After having gone through the judgment passed in session trial, the request is allowed.

Another request has been made to extend the period of suspension of sentence till next date of hearing so that the record of Cr.A. No.13677/2024 may be also received by that time.

Request is allowed.

Suspension of sentence granted on 23/09/2024 is extended till 15/04/2025.

List the matter in the week commencing 01/04/2025 alongwith Cr.A. No.13677/2024.
