                                                                      ORDER

This petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:-

"(i) To call for the relevant records pertaining to the case of the petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court.

(ii) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus and direct the respondents to grant benefit of regularization to the petitioner from the date of her initial appointment with all consequential benefits with interest within the stipulated period.

(iii) In alternative this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner by passing a speaking order in the interest of justice.

(iv) This Hon' ble Court be further pleased to pass any suchother orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit under the circumstances of the case."

After arguing for sometime an innocuous prayer is made by the petitioner's counsel to direct the authorities to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in the light of judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Usha Ranawat v. State of

Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to the innocuous prayer however he submits that the petitioner may prefer a fresh representation to the competent authority - respondent No.3 to consider the representaion expeditiously.

Under these circumstances, this petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to prefer a detailed comprehensive representation along with all the relevant documents to the respondent No.3 within a period of 15 days from today and in case such a representation is filed the respondent No.3 is directed to dwell upon the same and pass a self contained speaking order and communicate the outcome to the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Needless to say this Court has not mentioned any opinion on merits. Accordingly petition stands disposed off.
