Parties are present in person.

This Criminal Revision has been field against the order dated 31.01.2025 passed by learned 7th Additional Session Judge Bhopal, District Bhopal (M.P.) in Criminal Appeal No.348/2024 arising out of Judgment dated 07.06.2024 passed in Criminal Case No. 12227/2018 passed by JMFC, Bhopal, District Bhopal (M.P.).

The parties to the Criminal Case have entered into the compromise and the same was verified by the Registrar (Judicial-II) on 08.03.2025. The report is available on record.

Counsel for the parties submits that the present matter be disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.

The applicant has been convicted under Section 138 of N.I. Act, 1881

2 CRR-700-2025 in Criminal Case No.12227/2018 by order dated 07.06.2024. Thereafter, applicant filed an appeal which was registered as Criminal Appeal No. 348/2024. The said appeal was dismissed by Judgment dated 31.01.2025 by learned 7th Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhopal holding the applicant convicted.

In view of the compromise, entered into between the parties and verified by Registrar (Judicial-II), the present Criminal Revision deserves to be allowed. Order dated 07.06.2024 passed in Criminal Case No. 12227/2018 and order dated 31.01.2025 passed in CRA No. 348/2024 is hereby set-aside.

Appellant is acquitted from the charges under Section 138 of NI Act in terms of the compromise. Criminal revision is disposed of in above terms.
