ORDER
1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:-
"(i) to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant the benefit of selection grade and 4th pay band along with consequential benefits and arrears.
(ii) To issue an appropriate writ in nature or mandamus commanding to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner in stipulated time, in the interest of justice.
(iii) To grant any other relief is deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of this case, along with the cost of this writ petition be also awarded."
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the identical petition of Jitendra Singh Vs. State of M.P. (W.P.No.13772/2020) has already been decided by the coordinate Bench of this Court at Jabalpur vide order dated 25.1.2023 and the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be

2 WP-6867-2025 considered as per the judgment of the coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Jitendra Singh (supra).
3. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it proper to dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before Competent Authority/respondent no.2 along with the order passed in the case of Jitendra Singh (supra) within a period of one week from today, and if such representation is submitted, the same shall be considered and decided by the Competent Authority/respondent no.2 in accordance with law keeping in mind the order passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court at Jabalpur in the case of Jitendra Singh (supra) within a period of 4 months from the date of submission of the representation.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
5 . With the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
