                                                                    ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that he not been granted minimum of the pay scale without increment as per the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ramnaresh Rawat Vs. Ashwani Ray and Others reported in (2017) 3 SCC 436 whereby it has been held that classified employee is entitled to the minimum of the pay scale without increments.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has relied on classification order Annexure P/1 and submits that the name of all the petitioners are mentioned

in the said order, classified on different posts.

3 . Per contra, learned counsel for the State submits that the concerned authority shall deal with the grievance of the petitioners in accordance with law.

4. Considering the aforesaid, it is directed that upon submitting the detailed representation along with the copy of this order before the

2 WP-49290-2025 respondents No.3 and 4 within a period of 30 days from today, the said respondents shall verify whether the classification order Annexure P/1 is still intact or not. If the said order is still intact, then respondents shall ensure grant of benefit to the petitioners in accordance with the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Ramnaresh Rawat (supra) within further 60 days. It is made clear that the such benefits shall be restricted upto the date when petitioners have been granted the benefit of Sthaikarmi policy.

5 . With the aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed off.
