Heard on I.A.No.3818/2024, which is an application for dispensing with filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that appellant is in custody since the date of impugned judgment i.e. 13.2.2024, therefore, he is unable to get certified copy of the impugned judgment. It is also submitted that certified copy of the judgment, which is given by the trial Court has been filed alongwith memo of appeal, therefore, defects as pointed out by the Registry may be dispensed with.
For the reasons stated in the application, I.A.is allowed. Heard on the question of admission.
The appeal is admitted for final hearing.
