State.
As per Office Note dated 04/01/2024, appellant Raja Singh remained absent on the date given by the Registry for his appearance in compliance with order dated 19/04/2022 passed on IA No.5920/2022. The
sentence of imprisonment was suspended and appellant was released on bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand with one solvent surety subject to condition that he shall appear before the Registry on given date. The appellant has violated conditions of bail, therefore, his bail bonds stand forfeited.
Learned Trial Court is directed to proceed against the appellant and his surety under Section 446 of Cr.P.C. Warrant of arrest be issued against appellant- Raja Singh. On his arrest, appellant-Raja Singh shall be remitted to the custody to undergo sentence of imprisonment vide
judgment dated 28/02/2022 passed by Second Additional Sessions Judge, Karera, District Shivpuri (M.P.) in ST No. 238/2015.
Appeal be listed for final hearing in due course.
