      T h is revision coming on for orders this day, t h e cou rt passed the
following:
                                   ORDER

This revision petition arises out of the judgment dated 14.06.2022 passed by Second Additional Sessions Judge, Jora, District Morena in Criminal Appeal No. 84/2017, confirming the order of conviction and sentence dated 07.03.2017 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class in Criminal Case No. 347/2010.

The petitioner stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 279 of IPC and sentenced to three months RI with fine of Rs.300/-; under Section 337 of IPC and sentenced to three months RI with fine of Rs.100/-; under Section 338 of IPC and sentenced to six months RI with fine of Rs.300/-;

and under Section 3/181 of Motor Vehicles Act and sentenced to one month's RI with fine of Rs.100/-.

During pendency of instant revision both parties, i.e., applicant and complainant/respondent have entered into a compromise. Applications (IA No. 2330/2024 & 2331/2024) in that behalf have been filed duly signed by both the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties have settled the dispute, hence the petitioner may be acquitted in terms of the compromise.

On 13.02.2024 the parties were directed to appear before the Principal

Registrar of this Bench, in compliance whereof the parties appeared before the Principal Registrar on 16.02.2024. The Principal Registrsr has verified the factum of compromise and submitted verification report.

In view of aforesaid, the impugned judgment of conviction and sentence dated 14.06.2022 passed in Criminal Appeal No.84/2017, and the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 07.03.2017 passed in Criminal Case No.347/2010 are hereby set aside. The petitioner stands acquitted.

Consequently, Criminal Revision stands disposed of.
