The matter is listed today in light of office note-sheet dated 23/8/2023 for correction of judgment dated 7/8/2023 in which due to typographical error, in heading, the word "ORDER" has been typed; whereas, in Second Appeal, it is the judgment which is being pronounced. Therefore, since aforesaid mistake

appears to be a typographical error, in heading of judgment dated 7/8/2023, the word "ORDER" be read as "JUDGMENT".

Let this order be read in conjunction with judgment dated 7/8/2023. Disposed of.
