Record of the trial Court has been received. From perusal of the impugned judgment and the evidence available on record, this appeal appears to be arguable, therefore, the appeal is admitted for

final hearing.

Registry is directed to list the appeal for final hearing in due course. Today advocates are abstaining from work as per the memorandum No.08/2023 issued by the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh calling upon the Association of Advocates to abstain from work on 28/03/2023.

I n the light of the direction issued in Para 18(ii) of the order dated 24/03/2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Jabalpur in Writ Petition No.7295/2023 (In Reference (Suo Moto) Vs. Chairman, State Bar Council of M.P. and others), Registry of this Court is directed to register a

contempt case separately against the following contemnors, who have filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the parties and issue show cause notice against them as to why they be not punished for committing contempt of the Court.

For the appellant :- Shri Abhay Saraswat, Shri Aman Yadav, Shri Apoorv Joshi, Shri Jayesh Yadav, Shri Manan Dhakad, Ms. Mayuri Jain and Shri Shadab Ali.
