On perusal of the trial court's judgment, it is revealed that address of respondent is "105 Atal Nehru Nagar, Bhanpur, Bhopal (M.P.), whereas, notice was sent on the address "Atal Nehru Nagar" and House number was not mentioned. Therefore, applicant is directed to file fresh PF and notice be issued to respondent by registered AD as per order dated 24.02.2023.
