                                    Counsel contends that an order passed on application moved under

                           Order 6 Rule 17 of C.P.C. was subject to challenge in M.P.No.922/2022 and in
                           M.P.922/2022, this Court vide order 03.03.2022 has issued notices to the
                           respondents and has also directed the trial Court not to pass any final
                           order/judgment during the pendency of the petition.
                                    Accordingly, the trial Court is directed not to pass any final
                           order/judgment till the next date of hearing.
                                    List after four weeks along with M.P.No.922/2022.
