I.A.No.5655 of 2023 seeking permission to withdraw the appeal by appellant No.2 Mandal Paw is taken up.

This is an application submitted by appellant No.2 through Jail

Superintendent, Central Jail, Rewa through his letter No.100/Vidhi/2023 dated 20/02/2023.

In absence of opposition, I.A. is allowed. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn for appellant No.2 Mandal Paw. The Registry shall delete the name of appellant No.2 Mandal Paw forthwith from the cause title of appeal memo and send a copy of this order to appellant No.2 Mandal Paw.

The appeal shall continue for appellant Nos. 3 & 4. Learned counsel for appellant Nos. 3 & 4 submits that he is ready to

argue the matter finally.

Other side has no objection.

With the consent, they were heard at length. Judgment dictated in open Court, signed and dated separately.
