          Shri Ravindra Dixit- Advocate for the petitioner.

          Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that on the basis of a
 question raised in the Legislative Assembly                                 the decision to terminate the
 services of the present petitioners is taken, who are working as Contract
 Employee in the Municipality. No reason has been assigned in the impugned
 order and as the impugned order is against the settled principles of law as law

 laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in catena of its judgments that even
 contract employees are required opportunity of hearing before termination &
 principles of natural justice is required to be adhered to and therefore, the
 impugned order deserves to be stayed.
          Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee by RAD as

well as ordinary mode within four working days.

Notice be made returnable within four weeks. Till the next date of hearing the effect and operation of impugned orders dated 5.1.2023 (Annexure P/1) and 10.4.2023 (Annexure P/2) is stayed.
