Kailash Kushanrao Gorantyal (2020) 7 SCC 1 is inapplicable to the facts situation of the case, closes the doors to the petitioners for raising the objection regarding the Section 65-B of the Evidence Act which was earlier made available by the trial Court in order dated 01.02.2020.
