Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the issue which is being sought to be agitated in present petition is squarely covered by the decision of Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in M.P.No.2278/2022 (Anjuman

Rehmaniya Waqf Committee Shehar Mandla vs. Brajesh Kachwaha) and the Co-ordinate Bench while appreciating the relief as prayed for in the memorandum of the plaint came to a conclusion that the trial Court has rightly dismissed the application filed under Section 85 of Waqf Act, 1995.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to examine the judgment of Co-ordinate Bench in M.P.No.2278/2022 (Anjuman Rehmaniya Waqf Committee Shehar Mandla vs. Brajesh Kachwaha).
