and some matters arising therefrom are pending at Principal Seat, Jabalpur; therefore, as the application of the petitioner for transfer of the case to Principal Seat at Jabalpur filed on administrative side is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Chief Justice, hearing of the case is deferred.
