                                    Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the
                           respondent himself, he is a Sales Promotion Officer hence in view of various

judgments rendered by Division Bench of this Court, he is not a workman within the meaning of Industrial Dispute Act.

Issue notice to the respondent on payment of process fee by Registered A.D. within a period of seven working days.

Notice be made returnable in six weeks. Till next date of hearing, the impugned award passed by the Labour Court dated 15.07.2022 shall remain stayed.
