This appeal has already been admitted on 08.05.2023. Heard on I.A.No.925/2022, which is an application under Order 41 Rule

5 CPC for staying the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 16.12.2021.

By filing reply to the aforesaid application, the respondent 1 has prayed for dismissal of the same.

Looking to the nature of decree and the dispute involved between the parties, there shall be stay in respect of execution of the judgment and decree passed by learned Court below.

Accordingly I.A.No.925/2022 is allowed and disposed off.
