                                Issue notice to the respondent(s) on payment of Process Fee by RAD

mode within seven working days, made returnable within four weeks, failing

which, this appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Learned counsel for the appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount, therefore, he is directed to deposit the same within a period of 15 days.

Subject to deposit of the entire amount as awarded by the learned Tribunal, within 15 days from today, the operation and execution of the impugned judgment/award shall remain stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
