Present revision is against the judgment of appellate Court which has dismissed the appeal filed by the petitioner and affirmed the conviction and sentence imposed by the trial Court. Sentence imposed is of one year for

offence under Section 304-A of IPC.

Heard on I.A.No.19226/2022 which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.

In view of the reasons stated therein and the fact that revision will take long time to be heard and decided, the application is allowed. It is directed that the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
