The defect pointed out by the Registry is that appellant has not filed the certified copy of the impugned judgment in the instant case, but the same has been filed in connected Criminal Appeal No.7255/2022. Original record of the trial Court has also been received. Therefore, IA.No.16560/2022 is allowed and defect pointed out by the Registry is hereby ignored.

Heard on the question of admission. The appeal is admitted for final hearing. List the same along with connected appeal for final hearing in due course.
