Heard on I.A.No.7353/2022 an application for bringing legal representatives of the petitioner on record.
The petitioner died on 15.04.2020. The application is supported by an
affidavit, Vakalatnama and death certificate. Hence, I.A.No.7353/2022 is allowed. The L.Rs. of the petitioner are permitted to be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.
The L.Rs of the petitioner has filed an application (I.A.No.7354/2022) for bringing the L.Rs. of the respondent on record.
Shri Vishal Baheti, Advocate accepts notice of the I.A. and prays for time to file reply on behalf of L.Rs of the respondent.
Learned counsel for the respondent is directed to file copy of the judgment passed in the civil suit filed by the deceased respondent.
