Present appeal has been filed by the appellant being aggrieved by the aforementioned judgment passed by the trial Court. Maximum sentence is 3 years.

Heard on I.A. No.1874/2023, which is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail.
The appellant has been convicted by the Court below for offence under POCSO Act and has been sentenced to suffer maximum punishment of three years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs.1000/- with default stipulations. The Trial Court has suspended the said sentence.
Looking at the short period of sentence imposed by the learned Trial Court, and as the appeal would take time and being decided, IA No.1874/2023 is allowed and it is directed that the appellant shall be enlarged on bail upon his
furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
List this case immediately upon receiving of trial Court's record for order on admission.
