        Heard on the question of admission as well as on I.A. No.6022/2022 for
stay.
        Learned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Co. submits that the
Insurance Company has filed this appeal only to challenge amount of

Rs.40,000/- awarded to each of the claimants under the head of 'Consortium'
whereas in the light of judgment passed in the case of Pranay Sethi [(2017) 16
SCC 680] passed by the apex Court, all the claimants are entitled for an amount
of Rs.70,000/-. He further submits that the Insurance Co. has already deposited
Rs.15,95,354/-.
        On payment of P.F. within 3 days issue notice against admission as on
aforesaid I.A. to the respondents returnable within 4 weeks. Till the next date of

hearing, for the rest of the amount, the execution proceedings shall remain stayed.

Record of court below be requisitioned and list thereafter. C.C. as per rules.
