In both the appeals, the judgment passed by Special Judge, Dindori in Special Case No.4/2011 is challenged.

Cr.A. No.956/2013 has been filed for enhancement of the sentence and for the conviction for the charges, on which the appellant of Cr.A. No.720/2013 was acquitted. Therefore, both the matters require analogous hearing.

Hence, both the cases are adjourned and shall be listed in due course.
