Counsel for the State submits that issue regarding recovery is pending before the Full Bench in Writ Appeal No.815/2017 and said matter is likely to be taken up tomorrow by the Full Bench.

Considering the aforesaid, case is adjourned for one week. Parties shall apprise this Court about the judgment of the Full Bench on the next date.
