Learned counsel for the parties agreed that this petition may be disposed of by directing respondent No.4 to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of judgment of this Court passed in W.P.No.6773 of 2006 (Smt. Prerna Koranne vs. State of M.P. & others) decided on 26/4/2007.

Thus, this petition is disposed of by direction the petitioner to resubmit a fresh representation along with judgment of Smt. Prerna (supra) before respondent No.4. In turn, respondent No.4 shall consider and decide the representation in the light of judgment passed in Smt Prerna Koranne (supra). A reasoned and speaking order be passed within 90 days from the date of communication of this order. If competent authority is of the opinion that

petitioner is entitled for any claim, the claims be settled within aforesaid time.

The petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the entitlement of the petition.
