                                Th is revision coming on for hearing this day, th e court passed the
                          following:
                                                                 ORDER

In compliance of Court order dated 03.08.2023, verification report has been received from Registrar (J-II).

As per Judgment dated 21.07.2023 passed in CRA No. 67/2023 by 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Tikamgarh, appellant has been convicted and sentenced under Section 325 of IPC and offence under Section 325 of IPC which is compoundable under Section 320 of Cr.P.C.

Therefore, in view of compromise between the parties, Judgment passed by learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Tikamgarh in CRA No.67/2023 on 21.07.2023 is set aside, appellant is acquitted of the offence under Section 325 of I.P.C., fine amount, if any, deposited by the appellant be refunded to him.

Copy of this order be sent to concerned jail for information and necessary action.

Accordingly, criminal Revision is disposed of. C.C. today.
