                                  Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal
                           Procedure challenging order dated 18.07.2023, by which 1st Additional
                           Sessions Judge, Chhindwara has allowed application filed under Section 311 of

                           Code of Criminal Procedure.
                                  Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the order was passed
                           on the date fixed for judgment. It is submitted that stage of filing application
                           was over after arguments, therefore, Court below has committed an error in
                           allowing application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C.
                                  Government Advocate appearing for State accepts notice.
                                  Considering aforesaid, further proceedings in Sessions Trial No.
                           363/2020 pending before 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Chhindwara is stayed
                           till next date of hearing.

                                  List the matter in week commencing 19.09.2023.
