"Whether in view of the revenue papers of the year 1974-75 to 1977-78 and from 1977 to 83 and also from 1984 to 1996 the judgment of the Naib Tahsildar and judgment of the Addl. Commissioner and Commissioner, over the title and possession of late Madhav Prasad and plaintiff shall legally and long possession on the disputed land and the same was illegally reversed by the First Appellate Court ?" Issue notice to the respondents on this appeal as well as substantial question of law on payment of P.F. within seven working days, returnable within six weeks.

List the case after six weeks.

Till the next date of hearing, parties are directed to maintain status quo as it exists today in respect of the suit property.
