                                                               ORDER

(1) This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397(1) read with Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the judgment dated 26.04.2023 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 148/2019 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Special Judge (Electricity Act), Indore.

(2) No one is appearing for the petitioner today, even the case was taken for hearing in the second round. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the matter, whereas on the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to furnish evidence regarding surrender of the Signature Not Verified Signed by: VINDESH RAIKWAR Signing time: 16-08-2023 18:17:06

petitioner before the trial Court, but today, nothing has been produced as evidence of surrender of the petitioner and having gone through the record also, nothing has been shown that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court or not.

(3) Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed for want of prosecution as well as on the basis of non-maintainability.
