Heard on I.A.No. 10022/2023, which is an application under Order 5, Rule 20 of C.P.C. for service on respondents No. 3 to 5 through news paper publication.

In view of the grounds mentioned therein, I.A.No. 10022/2023 stands allowed.

On payment of P.F. within seven working days, notice be handed over to the learned counsel for the appellants for publication in the news paper Patrika published from Satna.

Affidavit of service along with news paper be filed.

Heard on I.A.No. 10021/2023, which is an application for deleting the name of respondent No.10 Sanjay Singh from the array of respondents.

It is submitted that during the pendency of suit, Shri Sanjay Singh expired. He was unmarried and has no legal representatives, hence name of Shri Sanjay Singh be deleted from the cause-title of the appeal.

It is further submitted that in the judgment of the trial Court dated 23.11.2022 name of respondent No.10 Sanjay Singh has been shown as deceased.

In view of the aforesaid, I.A.No. 10021/2023 is allowed. Let the necessary amendment be carried out within a week. List the case in the week commencing 20.11.2023. Meanwhile, parties are directed to maintain status quo as it exists today in respect of the suit property.
