Learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that an appeal arisen out of judgment of conviction and order of sentence passed in counter case, in which complainant party of this case has been convicted and sentenced for

commission of offence under Section 302 of IPC is also pending. He has prayed that both appeals be linked together for analogous hearing.

Appellants are at liberty to make such prayer before the Division Bench seized with appeal in counter case.

Appellants are discharged till further orders. They are directed to continuously mark their presence before the trial Court as per earlier order.

List after four weeks.
