      This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the

                                      ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after passing of the impugned order on 5.8.2022, both the parties have led their evidence, final arguments have been advanced and now the case is fixed for judgment.

In view of the above, I do not find it appropriate to interfere at this stage. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the issue/s decided by way of the impugned order in an appeal, if required to be filed.

With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.
