This second appeal is admitted on the following Substantial Question of law :-

(i) Whether, the judgments and decrees rendered by the Courts below are perverse and deserve to be set-aside by remitting the matter back to the lower appellate court to get the land in dispute re-demarcated by machine and thereafter, to decide the appeal after hearing the parties ?

Since the respondents have already appeared, no separate notice is required to be issued.

Parties are directed to maintain status quo as it exists today until further

orders.
