Shri Kochar, Advocate informed that in view of previous oredersheets,

the matter was finally heard and reserved for judgment on 06.12.2021. Thereafter it was released on 19.05.2022.

Learned counsel for the appellants pressed their applications for suspension of sentence. Since the matter was heard finally and there exists a previous order for final hearing of the matter, we deem it proper to hear these matters finally.
